In an effort to better serve the family entertainment needs and safety of our valued guests and community, we ask all guests adhere to the policies listed below.

POLICIES & DRESS CODE

We reserve the right to check identification at the door, box office, and counter to verify age. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating parent, guardian, or adult 25 years of age or older, who agrees to be responsible for their conduct and safety. One parent, guardian, or adult can accompany up to 5 guests. Youth ages 16 & 17 must present valid identification to a World of Sports representative at the front entrance, box office or at the main counter and have readily available transportation. A manager will review our expectations of the guest experience. Failure to comply will result in the local authorities being contacted, the guest’s removal from the premises, and being trespassed.Do Not Drop Off Under Aged Kids. Do Not Drop Off Youth Without a Valid ID. Management has been directed to contact local authorities which will result in the violators of this policy being trespassed immediately.

Skateboards and shoes with wheels may not be used on premises and please, no running inside the premises.

All guests are expected to dress modestly and appropriately for a family environment. We want you to be comfortable without making others uncomfortable. We do not allow soiled or torn clothing, clothing that exposes under garments, or excessive portions of skin. Hoods and hats may not be worn in such a way that conceals identity. Clothing or tattoos with profanity or offensive art must be covered. No perceived evidence of gang affiliation will be tolerated.
