World of Sports Center Policies

World of Sports is here to provide an enjoyable experience for everyone. In order to make that happen, we request that everyone abide by these guidelines:

GENERAL POLICY:

• Guests should always behave courteously.
• Loud and/or abusive language will not be tolerated.
• No outside food or beverages of any kind are permitted unless previously approved by the management and with written evidence.
• Loitering on the premises or in the parking lot is strictly prohibited.

SUBSTANCE POLICY:

• We are a 100% smoke free facility. This includes vaping, electronic cigarettes or smoking of any substance. These items are not allowed on the premises.
• We will not admit anyone who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of any mind altering substances.
• Entry will be denied to individuals emitting the smell of alcohol or any controlled substance.

CLOTHING POLICY:

• All guests are expected to dress modestly and appropriately for a family friendly environment. We want you to be comfortable without making others feel uncomfortable.
• Hoodies and hats may not be worn in such a way that conceals identity.
• We do not allow soiled or torn clothing, clothing that exposes undergarments or excessive portions of skin.
• Clothing or tattoos with profanity or offensive art must be covered.

AGE POLICY:

• We reserve the right to check identification at the door, box office, and counter to verify age.
• One parent, guardian, or adult can accompany up to 5 guests.
• Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating parent, guardian, or adult 25 years of age or older, who agrees to be responsible for the minor’s conduct and safety.
• Individuals ages 16 and 17 must present valid identification to a World of Sports representative at the front entrance, box office, or at the main counter and should have readily available transportation.
• A manager will review our expectations of the guest experience. Failure to comply will result in the local authorities being contacted, the guest’s removal from the premises, and being trespassed.
• Do not drop off under aged youth.
• Do not drop off youth without a valid ID.
• Should any of the age policies be violated, management has strict guidelines that direct them to contact local authorities which will result in the violators of this policy being trespassed immediately.

SAFETY POLICY:

• Firearms are not permitted on the premises, except by sworn law enforcement personnel.
• Skateboards and shoes with wheels may not be used on premises.
• No running inside the premises.
• No perceived evidence of gang affiliation will be tolerated.
